People United for Armstrong Park Summer Concert Series

Jazz in the Park returns for eight straight weeks this spring, running from April 16th to June 11th, with a stellar roster of New Orleans music.

The free outdoor music series, which takes place in Armstrong Park, 835 N. Rampart St., will tap the city’s deep musical roots with headliners that include Kermit Ruffins, PresHall Brass, Soul Rebels, Monk Boudreaux, and James Andrews.

Produced by the volunteer nonprofit, People United for Armstrong Park, the series aims to showcase the culture of the surrounding Treme neighborhood and the urban amenities of the park, which sits across Rampart Street from the French Quarter.
